How fast will my order ship?
We pack and ship every order from our Brooklyn warehouse within one business day, no exceptions. Once it's out the door, US orders usually land in 3 to 5 business days, and you'll get tracking the moment it moves. International orders take longer depending on where you are, but every package is tracked from Brooklyn to your door, wherever that door happens to be.
Is shipping really free?
Free, full stop, on any US order over $100 at checkout, no code needed. Orders under that ship at a flat rate you'll see before you pay, so there's never a surprise once you've entered your card. It's one more reason to add that extra tee, bracelet or pair of sneakers to your cart before you check out and clear the threshold.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to more than 50 countries, from Canada and the UK to Australia and beyond. Delivery times run longer than domestic shipping and vary by destination, and any customs duties or local taxes are set by your country, not by us. We show an estimated delivery window right at checkout, so you know roughly when to expect your package before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Every single order ships with tracking, no exceptions, whether it's crossing town or crossing an ocean. The moment your package leaves our Brooklyn warehouse you'll get a tracking link by email, and you can follow it the whole way to your door. If a shipment looks stuck, email us the tracking number and we'll chase it down with the carrier.
What's your return policy?
You get 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back, and return shipping is free, every time. Didn't fit, wrong color, changed your mind — it doesn't matter why, the 30 days are yours either way. Email hello@dnkapparel.example with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label so the return costs you nothing.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@dnkapparel.example with your order number and what you're sending back, and we'll reply with a free prepaid label. Pack the item back in its original condition, drop it at any carrier location near you, and we'll process your refund as soon as it reaches our Brooklyn warehouse. You'll get an email the moment it's done.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes. Tell us the size or style you want when you email us about your return, and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your original is on its way back to us. There's no extra charge for the swap itself, only for the difference in price if your new pick costs more than what you sent back.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo and your order number within a few days of delivery, and we'll sort a replacement or refund right away. You won't pay for return shipping on anything that arrived damaged, wrong, or not as described, and most of these get sorted within a couple of days.
Do your jeans run true to size?
Our denim is cut to standard US sizing and most people order their usual size without trouble. Every product page carries a size guide with waist, inseam and fit notes specific to that cut, so check it if you're between sizes or trying a style for the first time. Still unsure, email us your usual size in another brand and we'll point you to the right fit.
How do sneakers fit?
Our sneakers fit true to standard US shoe sizing across the range. Where a style runs narrow or wide we say so right on the product page, so you're not guessing at checkout. If your pair doesn't feel right once it arrives, it's covered by the same 30-day free return as everything else we sell.
Are hoodies true to size or oversized?
Most of our hoodies have a relaxed, everyday fit rather than a boxy, oversized cut. Exact chest and length measurements sit on each product page, so you can hold them up against a hoodie you already own and size with confidence before you buy. Prefer a looser fit, size up — the fabric is built to hold its shape through the wash.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards at checkout, no account or sign-up required to pay. Every transaction is encrypted end to end, so your card details are protected from the second you hit pay to the second your order confirms. We never see or store your full card number on our end.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we ship within one business day, the window to catch an order before it leaves is short. Email hello@dnkapparel.example or call (718) 555-0142 the moment you realize something needs changing, and we'll do everything we can before it ships out of Brooklyn. Once it's on its way, a free 30-day return is the fastest way to put it right.
What do you actually sell?
Jeans, sneakers, t-shirts and hoodies for women and men, plus a small range of bags, purses and bracelets, all designed right here in Brooklyn before they go into production. The full range is always live in the shop, so what you see there is what's actually available to order today. New styles move in through the year as the old ones sell out.
