We cut the patterns, fit the samples, and decide what's good enough to sell, all in the same room, usually with the radio on and a pot of coffee going cold on the cutting table. There's no separate design office sending files over for someone else to execute.

That's why the fit holds up and the fabric feels the way it looks in the photo. Nothing is outsourced to a design house we've never visited, and nobody signs off on a piece they haven't tried on themselves first. If a sample doesn't sit right on the person who made it, it doesn't go into production.

We test every sample on our own bodies before it goes into production, through a wash cycle, a long subway ride, a full week of actual wear. If a seam gives or a fit shifts after that, it goes back to the pattern table instead of onto the rack. That's the only quality check that's ever mattered to us.

We also ship to more than 50 countries outside the US, with the same tracked delivery, so a hoodie ordered from Brooklyn can land just about anywhere, from a mailbox in Toronto to an apartment in Melbourne. Customs and delivery times vary by country, and we'll show you an estimate at checkout.

Pack it back in the original bag, drop it at the carrier, and we take it from there once it's back in Brooklyn. Most refunds land within a few business days of us opening the box, straight back to the card you paid with.
